GWM. Origins and Evolution of Western Diet

"Origins and evolution of the Western diet" by Loren Cordain

Warm-up: 21-15-9 Lunges (total steps) & Knees-To-Chest (not Knees-To-Elbows)

WoD:
Three rounds of:

A. As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes (1 round = 1 point):
5 Push Press (Men use 95 lbs, ladies use 65 lbs)
5 Pull-ups

B. Row as far as possible in 3 minutes. (1 point for each 100 m rowed)

Rest exactly 3 minutes between A & B and between rounds.

Score is a sum total of all points.

Day 1 of tryouts.... so far so good. I'd like to mention I had the fastet time on the obstacle course out of the 11 that's trying out... Thanks to CrossFit Evolution!! I'll keep you posted on my next two days... wish me luck!

I'm through a bit with under equipped stuff. After training at my garage for a week - it's much better to have all the tools I need and the folks to kick ass with :D

That was fun 39 as rx'ed.
Great picture Sean. I am inspired. I feel like I need to color the drywall and paint in my home gym with some old wood paneling. Sounds like a weekend project.
