3 rds of 5 DL 275, 15 Pull-ups, 10 Box Jumps - 2:53 and a bruised shins. Glad we don't have the metal boxes - they're so light & wobbly (especially on some soft rubber padding - on round 2 box went one way, me the other & my shin got a bit of both).

My abs are so tight right now I can barely stand up straight, I can only imagine what they will feel like tomorrow. Rope climbs will be a lot of fun with sore abs

I think the GHD machine setup position was wrong, or too far away or something cuz my tailbone was sore after the WoD... Next time, I'll ask someone where they set it up in relation to their body. =x

385 on the front squat, no PR but oh well. We'll see how it is once the diet is back on track.
170 on the WOD, GHD's still hurt my back but not nearly as bad as they used to.
It has been a fun week, I've really enjoyed training all you guys.
