Id like to thank all the people at CrossFit Evolution. You have helped me reach all my fitness goals. My crime fighting and web-slinging ways are at a whole new level. I have been fighting crime since 1962 in New York City, I always felt fatigued after an evening of crime fighting. Then I read an article in the Daily-Bugle that talked about how superman and batman have been training at CF-Evo so I had to try it. Leo is a great coach and an inspiration, what a great gym !!
Since starting I am proud to tell everyone that I have kicked the crap out of all my enemies: Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, Carnage, Sandman, and even Venom. I owe it all to CF-Evo and the great workouts there.
I looked so jacked and tan in my tights now, Mary Jane is diggin' be big time....thanks to my ripped abs, and swoll chest

Did some gymnastics today, then did
7 rds + 7 Thrusters + 5 Burpees rx''ed. Did it on the gymnastics mat - almost fell on my ass a couple times when warming up for the thrusters. That was squishy & weirdly entertaining. Burpees had to be a bit slower with a controlled descend & slowish recovery - jumping was shaking the house & I didn't want the pics to fall off walls. Epic

Going running tomorrow early & possibly check out CrossFit Walton Beach for a WoD.
WOD: Shovel broken tile and thinset into small wheelbarrow, and haul tons of carpet downstairs, 15 rounds + vacuum entire 1800 sq ft. Rx'd in 420 minutes.
Tomorrow's WOD: Scarify 1800 sq ft of concrete in prep for new tile, vacuum, lay leveling cement. Going for a PR of 240 minutes.

Did manage to go non stop pretty much, no rest. Gotta take the thrusters slow though.
Good Christmas - My wife got me got me 2 Paleo books, a "Beater Bar" and some bumpers! I think she realizes crossfit is now my way of life...
