I'd be in bed after the pizza. A tiny slice of banana bread in a banana fancy shmancy desert messed me up 2 weeks ago. Can't imagine what damage pizza would bring.
Well the holidays are messing me up - we're remodeling during them and I spent the day jackhammering up tile and thinset with this gigantic jackhammer, thing must've weighed 75 lbs and I was holding it and pressing down on it all day. Luckily my CF skillz allowed me to accomplish the task. Just have 2 bathrooms to go tomorrow.
12:15 Rx. Today was mainly an experiment in the butterfly kip for me. First time ever trying it in a workout. Went better than expected, but I definitely still have some work to do. Oh, and thrusters blew.

21-15-9: back squat & pullups. (Rx was bodyweight back squat & chest to bar) >> 9:45 @ 53# and the equivalent of a small resistance band.
The weather here is perfect for working out. =) Hope it's cooler than last week over in Orlando... it's Christmas week!
