International Rockstar

Ramzi is getting famous. Not sure why for I can't read the language - his pic is on CrossFit Israel website!

Three rounds, record each round's time:
Row 250 m
10 HSPU
5 OHS
1 Rope Climb 15'

Post times for each round to comments.

Dr. Rock gets his first Muscle Up after an epic struggle! Congrats!

I ran the text through google translate, the only really readable line is.

"ולסיום תמונה נהדרת מ Crossfit Evolution, שממחישה היטב איך הרגשתי באימון האחרון."

"Finally a great picture from Crossfit Evolution, illustrates well how I felt last practice."

haha :D

Ramzi - you're taking over the world!

Rock - congratulations again! The world becomes slightly different from the top of those rings.

Oh, someone already did it, and translated the Ramzi picture! This is a translation of the webpage:

I want to take a direct quote

" Other daily tracking training program brings amazing results of physical fitness, strength, speed, endurance and flexibility"

haaaaaaaaaaaaaa, man did they get the wrong picture......

it should read...

"daily trash talking program brings amazingly annoying results of fat hips, weak arms, hairy backs, and loud grunts"

Im famous, Im finally famous. Id like to thank k9 for always believing in me. scott for always providing me with italian meeatballs, andrew for all his clothes to workout in. and ofcourse leo for all the free voice lessons.

and please autographs will have to wait till after the wods, and stop calling the office during buisness hours I need to tend to my patients.....

RTG Chipper
23:08 rx'ed after gymnastics training. Unpleasant experience, especially after yesterdays CTB pull-ups.

Good day.

How much weight on the OHS's on today's WOD? Trying to figure out if I should wear a helmet for the rope climbs or not :)

November 18, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterJames F

James - 95/65. For RTG folks it'll be 115/83

Rock - Congrats!!! I think you started about the same time I did. And I'm nowhere near getting a muscle up. Nice work.

Ramzi - CrossFit Israel? Words fail me.

Will, here's a pic of the camo pants. There's no size tag but they look like a 32-34 to me. You can stretch/cut/whatever them to fit if needed. I'll bring them tomorrow at 5pm if the pattern looks right.

Yes, we're sharing pants, Ramzi, get over it!! :)

2:05, 2:04, 2:04 on the WOD today. I hate rope climbs but found that by keeping the rope against my right thigh (thus keeping my body close to the rope) I could more effectively use my leg/hip power to get up.

James - those are the exact ones, thanks I really appreciate it

WOD Rx w/ 115# OHS

Something like 3:37, 3:20, 2:50

This was a good lesson on strategy for me. I went out too hard on the first one and then couldn't snatch the 115#s.

November 18, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterErik S

OHS 75#, regular pushups - 2:04, 2:09, 1:58

November 18, 2009 | Unregistered CommenterChris H2

Row 250 m
10 HSPU Rx
5 OHS 115#
1 Rope Climb 15'

1:30, 1:32, 1:30
