Have you ever met someone successful, whose life was easy? Have you ever achieved something worthy that came along easily and effortlessly? So why is it that going to the gym is an easy and comfortable endeavor? Where A/C & heat make us feel comfy, the exercise easy & enjoyable, no one ever seeming to improve while drinking their sugar bomb known as post workout Smoothie, that was never earned or deserved?

Cool 1 armed fran on the main site wasn't that impressed until I watched the pullups.

Is that video working for anyone else? We even went to the main site but couldn't get it.
I just copy and pasted the link into my browser and it worked fine. I'm using firefox.
I went to the main site and watched the wmv version. mov files take forever to load for me. I don't mean to take anything away from what an incredible feat of strength that is, but he's not getting his chin even close to over the bar for the majority of those pullups. Still pretty cool though.
