If I make it today, it'll be 7pm. Have to help a friend move and there may be "beverages" involved.

James: Beverages? It's ok... Vodka is Russian water.

My calves are very sore today... wearing heels to work was not a wise idea! Damn me...

Molly - let me guess. You're referring to the introduction of Ramzi into Advanced warm-up? And Ron is his judge? :D

BW 201.5

Tumbling prior. Getting better at back tucks. Much better.

WoD - 4:47 rx'ed.

Good day.

Leo - Bahaha. Yes. I need to learn how to work this website better. I just realized it posted the whole album and not just the picture I wanted haha.

Leo, I rec'd a text message last night as soon as Ramzi left class explaining that he moved into the Advanced warm up. I do not remember signing up any instant Ramzi notifications. Is there somewhere on the website where I can opt out of the Ramzi newsletter?

You'd have to apply in Ramzi's department of Teeth Fairy's, Scott.

10:31 - Forearms were toast.

John - I almost lost it halfway up. Had to relax, find the footing, and hang.

Will - I am here laughing because you said I was not breathing during DU's

6:02 or something very close, just over 6 minutes. Pretty happy with only breaking double-unders two or three times the entire WOD. Did four sets unbroken I believe.

Sean, watching you do double unders made my face hurt, I don't know how you didn't pass out.

8:51 Rx, it had been a long time since I climbed the rope or did double unders, found a groove at the end. This is the first time I felt my reduced stamina from my time off - going Kaizen style out here

Ron - maybe it's time for a long weekend of recovery again

5:30ish on this WOD. Wall Balls slow me down significantly.

Leo - I'm going to start that praying tonight, never done that P word before but I think now is a good time!

5:12 Rx. It was nice to have Andrew next to me sprinting through the workout to have some motivation to speed my ass up. I'm way too slow at rope climbing.

24:17? Whatever it was, awful. Sub: 10# WBS; 3x R. Pull... DUs kill me.

Got very frustrated at the end. I need to work on DUs BAD.

Got a rope climb after the WoD just to piss myself off even more ^_^
