Are you sure Leo is photo bombing?? Given his smile, I'm picturing him waiving off Cristina's rep...and teeth fairy is an instant classic

Scott - very informative, I've actually been using this method for some time, but only when I want to take my time, it definitely takes longer to pull off, sometimes though you just want to devour the wing.
Also Scott, I've been thinking of something very funny - remember last night when Ramzi said that I'm always so serious? what the hell was that guy talking about?

Grace was heavy today and she needs to lose some weight. Damn!! Rx at 93 lbs. Done at 8 min & change. Sucked!!
Ron - I'm going to try the wing method next time I'm watching a game. It looks like the best way to get your moneys worth and leave nothing on the table. As far as Ramzi, what can I say, it's Dr. Matar. I think he was talking about your delivery. You words are not serious but your delivery can be. But hey, your asking me to decipher what is going on in Ramzi's head. Not possible.
Monique and Leo - that reminds me. When's the next bar excursion?? Like the time we went to Hooters to watch UFC fights. All that talk about chicken wings made me hungry.
Scott - we should go on a Sunday, Nov 22nd. I won't be able to have a cheat meal on Saturday due to the Challenge, so Sunday would be perfect to get together, reflect on the Challenge & have fun.

Sean, I'm betting its promotional hype. He will probably never end up in the ring, if he shows up, then things will most likely end for him in the ring. Its better to be thought tough then to prove your not. Just ask Sticky Fingaz from Onyx. He was whipped on an MTV show by a skate boarder. There went his street credit. Hopefully he doesn't show, I still like his music.

Leo - the Sunday after the curtain is no good for me. What's going on that night? Are people going out that night? Dinner, a movie? holding hands on the beach? fuzzy kittens? (I know Paul is into these things, ha, ha - jk Paul, keep it holstered) - alright how about just some food, drinks and football, we can save the other stuff for another time
actually, I like the idea of Sat night celebrating & stuff. but like Leo said, he's gonna be tired after the event is over, and probably me as well. we'll talk about it tonight.

3:40 on the WOD. Felt pretty good the whole time, probably coulda gone faster but was not sure what to expect in reps 20-30. First 5 reps were squat + push press and that got tiring fast, switched to push jerk and that made a huge difference.
Looking forward to working the rope tomorrow.
2:39 as Rx'd, started off push pressing, shoulda just stayed with push jerk the entire time.
4:49 Rx...Was really mad because last time I did Grace I got 4:00 but then Leo told me we only used 83# last time, today Rx was 93# so that was good lol

I also started out push pressing, Leo and Sean both instructed me to push jerk, but I just couldn't adjust, finally I settled for the split jerk...
Scott - Saturday might not be too bad. I'll be hopped up on caffeine more than likely & should be at least partially functioning. Wings will probably cheer me up quite well.
Let's plan for Saturday night, probably about 7 pm then.
Which place? I vote for Gators Dockside for their wings are my favorites!

6:21 Rx. Good to be back in the gym. I'm still not very happy with that time, but it's 3 and a half minutes faster than when we did it a few months ago, so at least its progress.
