That hurt. Wish I'd done at night - would've been sub-8 for sure!
Edit: PR by 11 seconds - hurt so good - forgot my previous best and didn't look at the board. Previous best was 8:19. So this is neat-o!
My legs felt like rubber also. Fun workout though mabey next time ill get close to low eights. So glad to be back in the gym full time.
I like the way the warm up has been changed! Can't wait to be there on Monday and give it a go!
