GWM. Lords Of The Rings

"Lords of the rings". Very cool video!

Warm-up: 8 rounds of Tabata MU Row + KB swings (light)

WoD: "Helen"
Three rounds for time
400 m Run
21 KB swing (Men use 1.5 pood, ladies use 1 pood)
12 Pull-ups

That hurt. Wish I'd done at night - would've been sub-8 for sure!

Edit: PR by 11 seconds - hurt so good - forgot my previous best and didn't look at the board. Previous best was 8:19. So this is neat-o!

My legs felt like rubber also. Fun workout though mabey next time ill get close to low eights. So glad to be back in the gym full time.

Man, I'll miss "Helen."I want to get under 10 for helen. Maybe next time. I am up in Gainesville today.

So I went and trained at a gym up here.

Work to 1RM BackSquat: 185
Partner Pull up ladder with my dad: 1 to 5 (max rounds in 5 mins)
KB Swing breathing ladder: Could not set the bell down, just go till grip gave out.: 14 rounds
