Leo and crew - thanks for putting this on. Absolutely solid event. Competition was really tough, as were the workouts. And thanks to you, now I can't move my arms and legs. Have a great thanksgiving!
Just an awesome event all around, my first ever and as if I weren't hooked enough already, this made the love for CF even stronger...Congrats to all of the winners, and a big hand to everyone that competed...
Leo and Monique -
Great job in putting together an amazing event. I think everyone left there with more skill and knowledge and some new-found CrossFit friends.
Great work Evolution crew. We enjoyed our stay at your place and look forward to coming back!

Thanks Leo, Monique and CF Evolution for organizing a great challenge. It gave us a chance to share what an amazing experience competing can be for our clients. Amazing athletes all around. Congrats to the winners and all the competitors.

It's amazing to receive all the praise after the hell everyone had to go through yesterday.
Thank you from myself & Monique!
As always with these events, it was good to see some old friends as well as make new ones. I am always impressed with what people our physically and mentally capable of after a competition like this. ALL the competitors should be extremely proud of what they were able to accomplish.
Congrats to the winners. It was earned and well deserved!
As for the whole "Wallball Controversy" that started when the standard video was released.... As a judge I was worried myself if it would be easily visible whether or not the ball contacted the 2" line. I can now state without a doubt that although it was the movement that had the most reps taken away, it was one of the easier movements to judge for me. It either contacted the line or it didn't and both were easily visible from the judges positioning next to the athlete.
Leo and Monique: Thanks again for putting on this event and being such great hosts!!
Leo,
Great event, well executed. Thanks for all of the volunteers' hard work. Had a great time. Looking forward to next time.
I would have won if it weren't for some missed NO REP calls on wall ball. I demand a full ball-gate investigation!!
j/k if I were that close to winning, I'd be dead now. Looking forward to winning the next one.
Leo & Monique- Thanks for holding this day of craziness. You two are the best.
Congrats to the winners, you guys are amazing!
Leo/Monique-
Great times had by all. Its always wonderful to be around CrossFitters and even better at a competition. Amazing athletes and awesome displays of performance by the competitors. We look forward to seeing everyone again soon. Thank you for the opportunity and allowing us to be a part of it all.
Thank you, Team CF Evolution, for hosting such an awesome event! We are a relatively new box and were very excited to have an opportunity to let some of our team "get their feet wet" before the Sectionals. It was a first experience for the majority of our team - and they were thrilled to have competed in the event. You guys ran a great show! Congratulations to all of the amazing athletes who gave their all this weekend - it was truly inspiring! Our athletes have come away with good perspective on what they need to work on in order to stay competitive - a valuable lesson we truly appreciate! Good luck to everyone - train hard so the "Dirty South" can REPRESENT IN AROMAS 2010!!!
