Extra notes on the Singlet:
1. You can use belts, shoes, knee & wrist wraps of any kind.
2. Singlets are purely optional. If you have hairy legs - they're not recommended.
3. Warm-up area will be available to practice & warm-up before your heat starts.
4. Minimum weight jump is 5 lbs (2.5 lbs plate each side).
5. Judges will make sure the compliance with 2 second rule & they will give the signal "DOWN" to the athlete and a hand gesture - that will make sure the completion of the lift. Any lift where barbell comes down before the judges signal is a NO LIFT!
Extra notes on the Couplet:
1. It's Leo's most favorite event for it has the potential to be the most fun (read: painful) event.
2. Athlete can choose any damper setting & foot setting they want, but they can not change it once the workout starts.
3. Bouncing off the Dynamax ball will count as a NO REP.

Was there actual talking on the first video or only badly muffled rock and roll?
To clear things up: no full extension=good rep, squat clean=bad rep, push jerk=half rep, split clean=free soda?
Dan - not sure what you mean.
Yeah, what the hell. . .?
Has anyone seen my soda? It's 44oz. and says 'BIG GULP' on the cup.
Leo, on the singlet, how many attempts at each weight will be allowed? Will it be olympic-style where you get a max of 3 loads to attempt (and 3 attempts at each load?).
As many as needed, James. Load can be changed up or down too. Normally in weightlifting you can't go lighter, here we will be able to!
