Sign in starts at 3 pm & will go on until 4:45.
Iron Curtain kicks off at 5 pm with first Event of the Open Div beginning at 5:15.
If you want to help out/volunteer - arrive any time beginning at noon. Earlier than that won't be necessary.
If you're arriving late - please be considerate & realize that there's well over 200 people participating & it'll be hard to accomodate you. The only thing we can promise is that you'll be able to jump into the 2nd event (Max Clean) or Saturday if you can't arrive on Fri alltogether, but as far as the first event goes - it's a "may be" due to sheer size & complexity of running such an event.
Scoring for RTG this year will look like this:
1st place - 100 pts
2nd place - 99 pts
3rd place - 98 pts...
Maximum will be 500 pts for all 5 events.

Rogue Fitness has sponsored the Iron Curtain Challenge every year! When we moved into our bigger space in 2009, we called on Rogue to help outfit our gym with over $10,000 of new equipment. When we decided to re-design our current location to make it more efficient, we AGAIN called on Rogue to outfit our gym with about $6000 worth of their awesome pull-up rigs. Performance 247 is also new to the Iron Curtain this year but are not new to sponsoring local CrossFit events in FL. They are supplying the winners with various sports performance products.
