2nd Step: Schedule an Intro

What's Involved

  • basic warm-up: squats, push-ups, pull-ups (scaled if needed)
  • skills practice (start going down our checklist)
  • explanation of the workout
  • practice of the movements required
  • the workout
  • price sheet & next step
  • about 45 min in duration
  • eat 2-3 hrs prior or you may run out of steam

You Have 2 Options  (Pick 1)

Option 1: Schedule a "Private Intro"

  • Cost is $25 total
  • Can be 1 or 2 people
  • Available mornings (10a,11a) & evenings (4p,5p,6p,7p) Mon-Thur
  • You choose the best day & time for you

Option 2: Schedule a "Small Group Intro"

  • Cost is FREE
  • MUST have atleast 3 people, max is 5
  • YOU are responsible for collecting your group & setting a time
  • Available mornings (10a,11a) & evenings (4p,5p,6p,7p) Mon-Thur
  • You choose the best day & time for your group
  • Note: if you get 3 & 1 bails, then it's a Private Intro & you'll be charged $25 total
