If you're an Alpha type individual with high aspirations, have slight OCD when it comes to your training and should've learned everything by yesterday - we can help you.
Big part of our crew are highly competitive, performance oriented folks.
Average numbers for guys in this group are: 400+ deadlift, 30 kipping pull-ups, being able to do HSPU (handstand push-ups) and Muscle-Ups, sub-5 Fran and sub-10 Helen.
Also we will work out the kinks in your performance - usually it's flexibility, mobility, coordination (gymnastics) and body composition/bodyfat has to be improved.
In short, we can make you better at WHATEVER your sport is. We've done it before, we do it now, we'll keep doing it for all our competitive athletes.
