Required: Barbell Checklist

All NEW members to CrossFit Evolution, wanting to join CrossFit classes, MUST complete the Barbell Checklist. The checklist is designed to teach you the rules of the gym, safety & set-up, and how to correctly perform the barbell lifts of CrossFit. If you have CrossFit, Powerlifting, or Olympic Weightlifting experience, you can TEST-OUT.
